If your e-bike or e-moto won’t charge, loses range fast, or cuts power under load, the issue often comes down to the battery pack, charger, charge port, or the connections in between. BBV Powersports provides battery and charging service for a wide range of electric rides—including platforms like SurRon, Talaria, Rawrr, and Ventus One (compatibility varies by model and system).

Battery diagnostic & health check

We evaluate charging behavior, battery condition indicators, connection integrity, and common fault points that can impact performance and reliability. This is a great starting point for intermittent power, sudden range drops, or charging issues.

Battery mount or lock repair

If your battery mount feels loose, won’t latch properly, or the lock mechanism sticks or fails, we can diagnose fitment issues and restore secure mounting. A stable mount helps prevent connection cutouts and reduces wear on electrical contacts.

Charging port repair

Damaged, loose, or worn charging ports can cause inconsistent charging, heat buildup, or failure to connect. We inspect the port assembly and repair or replace affected components so your charger seats correctly and charges reliably.

Charger testing or replacement

If the battery won’t charge—or only charges sometimes—the charger is a common culprit. We test charger output and basic function, then recommend replacement options when needed. We verify connector type and compatibility before swapping equipment.

Battery connection & terminal repair

Loose terminals, worn connectors, corrosion, or damaged wiring can lead to cutouts, error codes, or power loss under acceleration. We inspect and repair battery-side connections and terminals to restore safe power delivery.

Battery installation

Installing a battery correctly is about more than making it fit. We confirm secure mounting, proper connector engagement, and safe routing so the system runs consistently.

  • Customer-supplied battery installation: We’ll perform a compatibility check before installation.
  • Shop-supplied battery installation: When options are available, we’ll help match the setup to your ride and intended use.

Charging issues

  • Charger lights behave unusually, or charging stops early
  • Battery won’t charge, only charges at certain angles, or requires wiggling the connector
  • Charging port feels loose, hot, or shows visible damage

Power and range problems

  • Sudden range drop compared to normal riding
  • Power cuts out under acceleration or bumps
  • Intermittent display power or random shutdowns
