Modern e-bikes and e-motos rely on electrical components working together—displays, controllers, wiring, sensors, and safety cutoffs. When one part misbehaves, it can cause power loss, error codes, erratic throttle response, or complete shutdowns. BBV Powersports provides electrical and control system service for platforms such as SurRon, Talaria, Rawrr, and Ventus One (system compatibility varies).

Electrical system diagnostic

We perform structured diagnostics to identify faults across controller communication, sensor feedback, wiring integrity, and power delivery. Ideal for unexplained cutouts, recurring error codes, or inconsistent behavior.

Display repair or replacement

Cracked screens, unresponsive buttons, dim backlights, or displays that fail to power on can limit control and visibility. We inspect, test, and replace components as needed.

Controller diagnostic or replacement

The controller is the brain of your system. If assist modes don’t respond correctly or fault codes persist, we diagnose the controller and recommend repair or replacement.

Wiring inspection & repair

Pinched wires, chafing, corrosion, or loose connectors can cause intermittent power or sensor faults. We inspect wiring runs, repair damaged sections, and secure routing.

Throttle repair or replacement

Sticky throttles, dead zones, delayed response, or signal issues can make riding unpredictable. We diagnose the throttle system and restore smooth, reliable control.

PAS adjustment or replacement

If pedal assist engages inconsistently, lags, or doesn’t activate at all, the PAS system may need adjustment or replacement. We inspect alignment and signal output.

Brake cutoff sensor repair

Brake cutoff sensors disable motor power when braking. Faulty sensors can cause unwanted power loss or failure to cut power. We diagnose and repair cutoff sensor issues for safe operation.

Water-damage electrical inspection

Water, mud, or pressure washing can compromise connectors and control units. We inspect for corrosion and moisture intrusion and identify electrical damage before it becomes a bigger issue.
